›› My Medicine
Cardiomyopathy is one of the very few illnesses where protocol of
treatment is pretty standard and there are not a
lot of variations with medicines used. I think I am not an exception.

Aspirin 81 MG
The only remark I have here is about Digoxin 125 MG. As my cardiologist
is suggesting I am not having any food one
hour prior to it’s intake and one hour after I have swallowed it.
What is next? My Diet
Hi there!
Today is February 4, 2006 and I’ve just got back from cardiologist
appointment. Things look not bad. He is making
some adjustment with my medications. His suggestion – increasing Enalapril
Maleate to 10 MG, cutting Furosemide
40 MG on a half and discontiniue Potassium 10 MG.
As usual final decision is up to me. I have decided to cut Potassium pill on
half as well instead of discontinuing it
abruptly. I will do it for about 10 days observing how my body will react.
Only after that I will increase Enalapril Maleate
to 10 MG.
